I am a man who forgets to trim his beard for days and wears whatever doesn’t smell like last week. Fashion? Oh, sorry but that ship sank years ago. My wife buys my clothes because I think shopping is a crime against time. My mom still tries to fix my collar when I leave the house. It’s a losing battle for them both.

I am a person who doesn’t want to move from bed until somebody drags me out. Plumbing fixes, electrical issues, or other household matters – feels like being the driver of a car I barely know how to steer.

There are two things in my life which I love the most: writing and adventure. Yeah, you heard right. I am a lazy person but I crave adventure, the kind that gets under your nails and reminds you how big the world is and how small you really are. If I could’ve picked the time I was born, I’d have gone way back – no passports, no borders, just a bag on my back and the road ahead. Though, knowing my luck, my wife and mom would’ve followed me through time just to yell at me in ancient dialects.

Storytelling is in my genes which I inherited from my father and grandfather. When I start a story, I don’t even know where it will lead me. In days, it becomes a new world of amazing characters. Seriously, if you ask me to build a story in five minutes, I’ll create it. Sometimes, I wonder how someone like me ends up building fantasy worlds, strong narratives, and forceful characters.

So yeah, that’s me. Messy. Curious. Restless. A guy who writes to feel free and lives to collect stories, whether on the page or in the wild. And if someone out there reads my work and says, hey that was great, then that’s enough.

My Journey

Late 90s

In the darkest winter nights of a remote village, I used to hear the mythical stories of ferries and ghosts from my grandfather while sitting in front of a hearth. These tales invoked a capability to imagine the unseen characters, create storylines, and form engaging narratives that captivated the listener’s mind.

Welcome 21st Century

By the time I reached high school, I was introduced to Williams Wordsworth and Rudyard Kipling whose poetic marvels sparked the imagination of a young boy with deep love for nature. I used to write my own poems while lying on the lush green grass beside the cascading water of a river. I understood the use of similes, metaphors, and personification to create vivid imagery of the natural world.

Something was missing....

Yet, I felt something was missing. To create a truly compelling character, one must blend logic with myth, breathing life into stories enriched by the colors of nature.

In Pursuit of Knowledge

I changed direction and enrolled as a Computer Science student. But I found the same thing which I left behind. The very codes that govern the software lifecycles can be seen intricately woven into the DNA that runs a living being. The software that runs a hardware system can be equated to the soul which puts life into the human body. The primary and secondary memory of computing machines are as similar as the short-term and long-term memory of the human brain. But there was one thing lacking: emotions.

Then I thought my words could fill this void….

During my degree program, I learned the art of crafting codes, UI designs, and technical documentation such as release notes, user stories, product guides, and API documentation.

Career Journey Starts....

After this I stepped into my professional career journey. I started as a coder and then teacher; but my inclination towards storytelling gradually led me into the world of writing, where I discovered the power of narratives to inspire, educate, and connect people.

I combined the logic of science, theology of faith, diplomacy of politics, and philosophy of emotions into my writing. This unique blend of capabilities allowed me to develop engaging content for various digital platforms, YouTube, Quora, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter.

Furthermore, I wrote content for hundreds of international clients spread across APAC and EMEA countries. This includes creating compelling content to support high-impact campaigns, covering email, mobile, and web-based channels. Moreover, I have mastered SEO techniques to further amplify the effectiveness of the content, increasing searchability, and boosting user traffic.

Other than customer-facing roles, I have played a pivotal role in building brand identity for multiple organizations.

My versatility has allowed me to write content for every domain, but the love of fantasy world building compelled me to write cinematic style scripts for novels and dramas.

Imaginative Worlds of Shaw

I dived into this domain and then came up with a concept – Imaginative Worlds of Shaw. These are imaginary worlds that I have created and each of these worlds has its own story that could baffle the mind. I wrote my first novel “Guardians Against the Forbidden World” which is almost ready to be published.

The love of storytelling, the touch of science and technology, and the tapestry of complex life events taught me the lessons of resilience, wonder, and truth. I carry these lessons into every story I breathe into the world; not just as ink on paper, but as fragments of life woven into words. My writing is my way of translating silence into voice, chaos into meaning, and fleeting moments into something eternal. And so, I walk this journey of endless chapters, where each ending is only a beginning waiting to be written.
